We are available seven days a week.
Call us whenever you need us. Weekends, evenings....we are available seven days a week. If we don't answer, we are most likely with a client or on another call, so please leave a message. We will make every effort to return your call within 15 minutes.
What to expect when you schedule a service call.
We come to your home or business and diagnose the problem and let you know exactly what will be required to fix it. We provide free pickup and delivery, and our turnaround time if we take your computer back to our shop is 24 hours or less.
What do we charge?
We offer hourly rate pricing for on-site work for our residential customers. We also offer flat rate pricing for work done at our shop. Business customers are charged an hourly rate for all services. See our Residential or Business services and pricing pages for details.
